Hisaabo हिसाबो

Money diary · Budget · Net worth

Every rupee, in one quiet diary.

Hisaabo reads your bank SMS, UPI alerts, statements and mutual-fund CAS on your phone, sorts every payment, and shows what is safe to spend today. No bank login. No account. Nothing uploaded unless you turn on end-to-end encrypted sync.

How it fills itself in

Bank SMS on Android

New bank, card, UPI and wallet messages are read as they arrive, and the last months come in with one tap. OTPs, offers and personal messages are skipped.

iPhone automation

iPhone apps can't read messages, so a two-minute Shortcuts automation hands each bank SMS to Hisaabo, even on a locked phone. See the steps.

Statements and CAS

Bank and card statements (PDF, CSV, Excel, password-protected too) for your history, and the mutual-fund CAS for every folio, unit and XIRR.

Teach me, once

A bank Hisaabo doesn't know yet? Show it one message and it reads that bank from then on. Only the wording with numbers and names taken out is kept.

What it tells you

Safe to spend today

Your budget, what's gone, and the bills and EMIs still due this month, turned into one number for today.

Bills before they come

Rent, SIPs, EMIs, subscriptions and card dues are spotted on their own, with a nudge the day before and when a price goes up.

Insights that read like a diary

“₹4,705 more than September by day 11”, where it went, how you paid, festival months against last year.

Net worth

Balances from your bank messages, funds at today's NAV, deposits, gold and property, minus card dues and loans, month by month.

Private by design

Read on your phone

Every message and statement is understood on the phone. The message text is never stored, and nothing is sent anywhere.

Sync only if you want it

Turn on sync to keep your diary on a second phone. It is locked on your phone before it leaves; our server only ever holds sealed bytes.

A family book

Share chosen accounts with the people you live with. Each person picks what goes in, and only members' phones can read it.

Locks and hides

Face ID or fingerprint lock, a covered app switcher, and “hide amounts” for the bus and the office.
