My bank's message isn't being read
Open the Teach me strip on the diary, tap the amount (and anything else you want kept), and save. Hisaabo reads that bank's messages from then on. You can also import a statement for the history.
How do I set up the iPhone automation?

Android doesn't let Hisaabo read SMS
Allow SMS for Hisaabo in the phone's Settings → Apps → Hisaabo → Permissions, or import statements instead. Some phones show it under “Restricted settings”.
My statement PDF asks for a password
Banks usually use a mix of your name and date of birth or customer ID; the statement email says which. Hisaabo opens it on the phone and doesn't keep the password.
I lost my recovery key
On a phone where sync is still on, open Settings → Sync and backup → Show recovery key. If no phone has it any more, the synced copy can't be opened by anyone, us included; start sync again from a phone that has your diary.
How do I join a family book?
Open Settings → Family book → Join with a code, type the 8-character code, and read the four safety words to the person who invited you. When they approve, the book appears.
How do I delete my data?
On the phone: Settings → Delete everything. On our server: Settings → Sync and backup → Delete my sync account.
